Die Mitgliedschaft wird monatlich verlängert, wenn du nicht mindestens einen Tag vor Ende deines Abrechnungszeitraums kündigst. Du kannst jederzeit kündigen. 

Die Zahl der Mitglieder in einer Gruppe ist auf 4 beschränkt. Es kann aber vorkommen, dass wir für kurze Zeit ein oder zwei weitere Mitglieder in eine Gruppe aufnehmen müssen.

How do I know if the Community is right for me?

You're an entrepreneur or a business owner. It's not relevant whether you're just getting started or you've been in business for many years. What is important is that you are serious and really want to improve your English.

What does "Chilipepper your English" mean?

I could have used the words 'improve', 'boost' or 'supercharge' your English, but I wanted to paint a clearer, more vivid picture. When we think of chili peppers, we often think of some of the spiciest cuisines in the world. And this is exactly the picture I wanted to create in your mind. Improving your English with my support means giving your English that 'certain something'—that generous dose of spicy seasoning.  😊

What level of English do members have?

Chilipreneurs have intermediate to advanced levels. But the most important thing is that you are willing to speak openly about your work and business. Mistakes are welcome! When do the live sessions take place?

At the moment, we have several options. We can find a date that works well for you, as soon as we get together.

How might the Community change when the number of members increases?

As our Community grows, you'll have more times to choose from. I’d like to offer additional sessions, such as monthly boot camps, breakfast meetings, bar camps and Q&As with other experts. But this very much depends on the number of members we can attract to the Community.

What accent do you teach?

I’m originally from England. But I’m not saying that my English is the best in the world. I strongly believe the best English is what is understood by the person you are speaking to. This means you need to know how to adapt your language according to your conversation partner. You don't need to master a specific accent. In fact, if you focus too much on one particular accent or style of speaking, you may have problems. 

I’m a big fan of using plain English. Once we meet, I’ll be happy to talk about it.

Is this a Facebook group?

No, it’s not. We’ve built an exclusive platform that is available to our Community alone so that we can get in touch with each other, communicate and exchange ideas in an easy and uncomplicated way. 

Our weekly training sessions are held on Zoom. But we are open to other tools and providers.

How many people are in each group?

To ensure that each session is as interactive and engaging as possible, the number of participants in each group is limited to ideally 4, but not more than 6. This gives you more opportunities to communicate and interact with each other. And I have plenty of time to focus on your needs.

As we are working in Zoom, we are flexible enough to form even smaller groups of twos or threes during our hour-long sessions.

Are you there to correct my English?

The focus of our Community is on communicating clearly and confidently, so I won't be correcting every single mistake.

But you will get written feedback in the form of corrections and new vocabulary in the chat box during our sessions. And I’ll be answering any grammar-related questions in the Resources section on our platform—either in text or video.

What is the minimum membership period?

Your membership is for a minimum of one month and can be cancelled at the end of the billing period. Yes, it really is simple. If you’d like to cancel at any time, you don't have to give me any reasons or answer any questions. Of course, I hope you’ll stay for a while longer.

If there’s anything that you miss or you’d like something else, feel free to come and talk to me about it.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you decide that the Community is no longer right for you, you can cancel your membership at the end of each monthly billing period. Of course, you will have full access to the Community until the official end of your membership, without incurring any additional costs.
