Die Zahlungs- und Vertragsabwicklung läuft gesichert über den Zahlungsanbieter Digistore24. Nach dem Klick auf “Jetzt anmelden” wirst du auf deren Webseite weitergeleitet, wo du per Kreditkarte oder PayPal bezahlen kannst. Du erhältst dann eine E-Mail mit den Zugangsdaten zur Community.

Die Mitgliedschaft wird monatlich verlängert, wenn du nicht mindestens 1 Tag davor kündigst. Du kannst jederzeit kündigen.

Die maximale Gruppenzahl ist auf 6 beschränkt. Es kann aber vorkommen, dass wir ein oder zwei weitere Teilnehmer für eine kurze Zeit in eine Gruppe aufnehmen müssen!

How do I know if this is for me?

You're a trainer, coach or consultant. Whether you've been in business for years or are just getting started, the main thing is that you are serious about improving your English skills. 

What does "Chilipepper your English" mean?

I could have written 'improve', 'boost' or 'supercharge' your English, but I wanted to paint a more vivid picture. When we think of chili peppers, we often think of some of the most spicy cuisines in the world. And this is the picture I wanted to create in your mind. Think of improving your English with me, as giving your English that 'certain something'—that 'extra spice'! 😊

What level of English do members have?

Community members have intermediate to advanced levels. However, what is most important is that you are prepared to speak openly about your work and your business. Mistakes are welcome! You want to improve, right?

When do the live sessions take place?

At the moment, we have different options. This is something we can talk about when we get together.

How might the Community change when the numbers grow?

As the Community grows, you'll have more times to choose from. And I would like to offer additional sessions, such as monthly Boot Camps, Brown Bag sessions, Lean Coffees, Bar Camps and Q&As with other experts. But this very much depends on the number of participants we can attract.

What accent do you teach?

I’m originally from England, but I don’t say that my English is the best in the world. I strongly believe the best English is what is understood by the person you are speaking to. This means you need to know how to adapt your language according to your conversation partner. You don't need to master a specific accent. In fact, focusing on one accent or style can actually cause communication problems.

I'm a firm believer in Plain English. It's something we can talk about when we meet.

Is this a Facebook group?

No, it’s not. I find Facebook fairly distracting. That's why we've set up an exclusive Community platform. It’s an extra place to go to, but I’ll do my best to make it worth your while to participate.

Our weekly sessions are held on Zoom, but we're open to trying out other platforms, too.

How many people are in each group?

To ensure that each session is interactive and engaging, the number of participants in each mastermind group is limited to 6*. This gives you more opportunities to communicate and interact with each other. And I have plenty of time to focus on your needs.

Of course, as we are working in Zoom, we are flexible enough to form even smaller groups of twos and threes during our hour-long sessions.

* There might be times when we need to allow one or two more participants into a group for a short period of time!

Are you there to correct my English?

The focus of this Community is on communicating clearly and confidently, so I won't be correcting each and every mistake.

I will, however, be giving the group written feedback, corrections and new vocabulary in the chat box during our sessions. And I’ll be answering any grammar-related questions in the Resources section of our site—either in written form or in the form of a video.

How long do I have to commit?

The membership runs for a month and can be cancelled at the end of the billing period. No questions asked. It's as simple as that!

Of course, I hope you'll stay for a bit longer. If there's something missing, do come and tell me.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If at some point you feel that the Community is no longer a good fit, you can cancel your subscription*. Of course, you’ll have access right up to the end of your subscription period, and will not be charged again.

*Click on the first link in Digistore24's confirmation email. Then choose "Frage zur Bezahlung" and "Ich möchte die Zahlungen kündigen".
